At Once Upon A Sundae, we create unique and memorable party experiences that are tailored to
each guest of honor’s likes and interests. Our parties are enjoyed by both young boys and girls
alike.
We offer a variety of themes to meets your party needs. If you have a theme in mind that is not
listed here, please contact a Once Upon A Sundae party coordinator to discuss alternative party
options for you and your child.

Our magical theme party packages include:
- 1 hour and 45 minute private party
- 2-4 friendly hostesses (number of hostesses will be determined by the
size of your party to ensure a quality party)!
- Quality ice cream sundae theme invitations
- Pizza and juice or water for each child
- Fun and vibrant dinnerware
- Dress up clothes or props provided with face painting and or tattoos,
soft make up and tattoos for the girls and painted pirate or knight
mustaches for the boys or makeup and nails (for all girl parties)
Activities depend on the theme chosen.
- Interactive treasure hunt or theme related activity (all children
win prizes at our parties)!
- Craft activity- we offer a variety of quality crafts to choose from.
Choose 1 craft for the boys and 1 craft for the girls or choose
something unisex for all of the children to decorate or paint!
- Interactive dancing and or Karaoke
- Make-your-own-sundae for each child (a scoop of creamy vanilla or
velvety chocolate ice cream with an assortment of sweet and yummy
toppings)! We are nut allergy friendly!

- Under the Sea Adventure (Mermaids and Pirates- dinglehoppers and
thingamabobs- we’ve got plenty with this theme! Costumes are provided, soft
make up application using disposable applicators and tattoos for the girls
and painted pirate or knight mustaches for the boys. Children go on a treasure
hunt to win prizes with this party!
- Little Lords (Knights) and Princesses- costumes are provided, soft make up
application using disposable applicators and tattoos for the girls and painted
pirate or knight mustaches for the boys. Children go on a treasure hunt to win
prizes with this party!
- Glitter Glam- includes soft glitter makeup and nails with designs and boas and
sunglasses to use during our fashion show!
- Pajama Party- includes storytime, face painting and tattoos and theme games to
win prizes
- Carnival Fun- includes stations of fun carnival games and face painting and
tattoos! Add popcorn, cotton candy or candy/jelly apples to go with this theme
as an extra add-on!
- Wii Like to Party!- children get to play the most popular, interactive gaming
system- Nintendo Wii™ and decorate/create their very own “mii” characters!
- Baseball Trading Card Party- decorate a trading card collection box, face painting,
theme tattoos and baseball theme games to win baseball cards!

Our NEW eco-friendly parties
Everyday, Once Upon A Sundae is making changes to continue to throw fabulous eco-friendly
children's parties. Thank you for your support as we help make the world a better place to
live for the future of our children.
It's never too early to get the young people involved in the "go green" movement currently
underway. Teaching them ways to protect the world around them will help them appreciate the
natural wonders surrounding us. What better way to do this than to make the next children's party
you plan a "go green" one! New at Once Upon A Sundae is our Eco-friendly themed parties! These
parties are designed to not only help the Earth and educate the children on the preservation of
our Earth for their future but will help with your pockets in our current economic status.
Our NEW eco-friendly parties are 1 hour and half long and includes an educational story time
teaching kids the importance of the three R's (Reduce, Reuse and Recycle) an eco-friendly
reusable or recyclable craft (projects will vary), pizza and beverage using our designer
reusable dishware made from recycled materials and sundae making.
PARTY PACKAGE PRICING 2010:
- Weekend Bookings (Friday, Saturday & Sunday.): $385 for 11 children
(birthday child is free!) $17.00 for each additional child.
- Weekday Bookings (Tuesday - Thursday): $350 for 11 children (birthday
child is free!) $17.00 for each additional child.
- ECO-Friendly Packages: $ 250 for 10 kids (includes birthday child) and
$ 14 for each additional child up to 20 kids.‡
Prices do not include NYS Sales tax or gratuity
‡ These parties are only offered Tuesday- Thursday and
Sundays 5 pm-6:30 pm. Your child and party guests will go home feeling responsible
and encouraged that little changes can mean a big difference for their future. This is
a great party option for those on a budget or for those interested in a smaller/intimate
and educational party experience.
Add an extra special touch with these additions:
- Coffee and soda for adults (complimentary with any adult food order)!
- Pizza for the adults $14.00 per pie
- Extra sundaes for the adults: $3.00 each
- Popcorn, Cotton Candy and Candy/Jelly apples- great additions for the
Pajama Party or Carnival Fun themes!
- Hot food trays:

- Extra party time (when available) is $60.00 for every half hour
- Stuff-a-pet- prices are $9.00 per child (for an 8 in. Animal) and includes
a t-shirt to decorate (great addition for the pajama party theme)!
- Stuff-your-own tutu craft - $15.00 each. Handcrafted tutu comes with a
bag of silk flower petals
- Make-your-own glitter lotion $6.00 each
- Theme favors- swords, pirate garb, fairy dust, wands, tiaras, hand
painted/personalized party favors to match any theme, etc… all available
